We are a nut-free facility. All student allergies are documented in our master system and posted clearly in the kitchen and classrooms. Teachers closely monitor meal times to ensure no food is shared between children.
We provide a quiet, dimly lit room with soft music to help children rest. Each child has their own dedicated mat or cot. Children who do not fall asleep after a short rest period are given quiet activities, like books or puzzles, to do on their mats.
Our front doors stay locked at all times. Parents and pickup people are given a unique code to pickup and drop, and all visitors must sign in at the front desk with a photo ID. We also have security cameras running in play areas.
We follow a balanced routine of structured learning, free play, outdoor time, meals, and rest. A typical day includes morning circle time, arts and crafts, outdoor playground fun, lunch, a 2-hour afternoon nap, and end-of-day group games.
We strictly follow state licensing laws to keep everyone safe. For infants, our ratio is 1 teacher to every 3 or 4 babies. For toddlers, it is 1 teacher to every 5 or 6 children, and for preschoolers, it is 1 teacher to every 10 children.
We use positive guidance and redirection. When challenging behaviors happen, teachers gently guide children toward a different activity or help them talk through their feelings. We never use time-outs or punishments; instead, we focus on teaching problem-solving and kindness.
Children must stay home if they have a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or an unexplained rash. They can safely return to daycare once they have been completely symptom-free for a full 24 hours without the help of medicine.
Please dress your child in comfortable play clothes and closed-toe shoes. Every day, they should bring a backpack with two complete changes of clothes, a labeled water bottle, and any personal care items like diapers or sunscreen.
